For our office directly at the IZB Campus in Munich/Martinsried we are looking for a Business Development Analyst (m/f/d) who want’s to make a difference in the world. Does this sound like your next step?

For this position you will perform the following duties:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Identify and target potential clients and partners, supporting negotiations through to deal closure
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, investor pitch decks, and comprehensive business plans
- Assess product pipelines and conduct due diligence for new in-licensing and acquisition opportunities
- Support sales and marketing of Insempra’s natural ingredients, including sales at trade fairs
- Maintain an organized CRM system to track business development activities
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration, economics, or related field
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for industrial biotechnology, with a willingness to acquire technical knowledge
- Experience or completed internships in management consulting, business development, venture capital, or investment banking; background in biotechnology, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellency in PowerPoint and financial modeling
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; fluency in written and spoken English is essential
